Look, the ride's still so new, pirate gunfire hasn't even broken the flower pots on the balcony yet! I guess the Mayor's wife was busy doing her nails when this cover photo was taken. There seems to be a bit more spilled bounty on the well steps back then versus today -- perhaps those salty sea dogs made off with the bulk of it since '68? While these rioting rascals continue their town meeting with Hizzoner, let's sail ahead into the issue -- but beware, me hearties, there be black and white pages ahead!
